The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent No.1-Board to issue the mark-sheet of the course of Diploma in Dental Technology. The petitioner has sought a further direction to issue the degree certificate of the said course in favour of the petitioner. Shri Partik Puri, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1, states that if the the petitioner approaches the Board with the necessary documents, the Board would issue the mark-sheet to the petitioner and further issue the degree certificate if the petitioner has passed the degree course.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1-Board, which would be binding on the respondent No.1-Board, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
