"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending petition, the respondents have sold the disputed property to Mr. Yogesh Tallewar and Mr. Sainath Kullewar. The document has been executed on 25-7-2024. She seeks time to take necessary steps.

Learned counsel for respondents seeks time to take instructions.

Necessary steps be taken within seven working days from today, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed for noncompliance of the order. If the steps are taken, the respondents may file reply within one week thereafter.
