By this application, amount deposited by the appellant in this Court is sought to be transferred to the Maharashtra Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), Gondia. 2.

Since the appeal has already been withdrawn in LokAdalat and respondent nos.1 and 2/claimants are entitled to the amount, the Registry is directed to remit the amount deposited by the appellant alongwith interest accrued thereon to the MACT, Gondia.

Once amount is transferred to MACT, respondent nos.1 and 2/claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the same.

The application stands disposed of.
