The order impugned dated 02.03.2023 is set aside. 3.

We direct the petitioner to produce validity certificate in relation to blood relatives before the respondent-Committee on or before 12.08.2024 as the respondent Committee though was aware about the fact that the blood relations are holding validity, has not dealt with the same.

The respondent-Committee to pass a fresh order having regard to the validity granted to the blood relations of the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner to appear before the respondent-Committee on 12.08.2024. The respondent-Committee to pass order within a period of three months thereafter.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
