Heard Shri N.S. Deshpande, learned counsel for appellant. The appellant-original plaintiff had filed a suit against the respondent for recovery of amount. The said suit was dismissed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur on considering the oral and documentary evidence on record. Against the said judgment, appeal was preferred by the appellant-original plaintiff before the District Judge, Nagpur which was dismissed. According to learned counsel for the appellant-original plaintiff, the judgment and decree passed by the courts below and the findings therein are perverse. The learned counsel for the appellant however has failed to point out any perversity in the judgment, so also failed to point out any substantial question of law involved in the appeal. Even the memo of appeal does not show any substantial question of law involved in the appeal. The learned counsel does not dispute the said position.

Hence, no interference is called for in the judgment passed by the courts below. In view thereof, Second Appeal stands dismissed.
