By this application, appellant Nos.1 and 2 prayed to release their share in their changed name. As per the contention of the appellant, the tribunal as well as in first appeal their share is already determined. Subsequently, appellant No.1 remarried and after marriage her name is changed as Naina w/o Natthu Dhakate whereas name of appellant No.2-Noopur d/o Mohan Hedau is also changed as Amruta d/o Natthu Dhakate in the official gazette.

The application is supported by the copy of the Adhar Card, Pan Card, marriage certificate and copy of the Government gazette.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the share of appellant No.1 be transferred in her changed name as Naina Natthu Dhakate and share of appellant No.2 be transferred in the name of Amruta Natthu Dhakate.
