Prayer is to permit the claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation as deposited.

Perused the impugned judgment and heard the learned counsel. Prima-facie, considering the nature of evidence on record, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount of compensation as enhanced subject to filing an undertaking in this Court within eight weeks from today that in case the appeal is allowed, the amount withdrawn will be re-deposited alongwith interest at such rate the Court may direct.

Civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of.
