DATE : 21/08/2023 1] The grievance raised in the petition is that the respondent no.1 Director of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune, inspite of having conducted a hearing on 25.2.2019, in an appeal filed by the petitioner, has not decided the same.

2] Learned AGP is not aware as to what is the state of affairs. However, considering the relief sought, the petition is disposed of by directing the present incumbent of the respondent no.1 to hear and decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today, if it is not already decided.

3] The parties shall appear before the respondent no.1 on 25.8.2023 at 11.00 am and no further notice for their appearance shall be necessary.
