The application as well as appeal are disposed of with a direction to the District Legal Services Authority, Nagpur to consider the claim of the applicant for grant of compensation under the Maharashtra Victim Compensation Scheme, 2014. The learned counsel for the applicant submits the application before the District Legal Services Authority, Nagpur shall be preferred within a period of two weeks from today.
