This petition is filed for the disobedience of the interim order of this Court dated 14.12.2024 passed in pending Writ Petition No.3348 of 2024.

Today, during the course of hearing, the petitioner fairly states that, in pending Writ Petition, this Court passed further order on 17.01.2025 directing respondent no.2 to decide the pending Appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks. Accordingly, the Appeal has been decided in favour of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner states that no grievance subsists in the matter.

In view of the above, the contempt proceedings against the respondents, are hereby dropped and Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
