Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs. Ketki Joshi for respondent No.1/State has pointed out that the charge-sheet is already filed.

The law grants the petitioners leave to move appropriate application seeking their discharge. However, learned counsel Shri M.M. Sudame for the petitioners wanted to demonstrate that no case is made out and, therefore, this Court must exercise its extraordinary jurisdiction.

We have perused the records. The education officer, after due verification, has found certain anomalies and the same are reflected in his oral report dated 2.9.2014.

wp18.16 In the light of this material and arguments, we find that no case is made out warranting intervention in extraordinary jurisdiction.

Keeping all rival contentions open and with liberty to the petitioners to take such other steps as are open in law, we dispose of the present criminal writ petition. No costs.
