Dhore, learned counsel for the appellants submits that in view of filing of charge-sheet he wishes to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Court below. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants to file fresh bail application before the Court below in view of the change circumstance i.e. filing of the charge-sheet. Since appellants are in jail, it is expected from the Court below to dispose of the application of the appellants, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

It is made clear that case of the appellants was not heard on its own merit.
