DATE : 23/03/2023 Since the mutation entry no. 838 has been made on the basis of the registered Will dated 08.07.2011, the authorities under the provisions of section 149 read with Section 150 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, were justified in making an entry in the mutation register on the basis of the said Will, more so when there is no challenge to the said Will, laid before the Civil Court. This is indicated by the order dated 22.2.2019 passed by the learned SDO (pg.27), which has been confirmed by the Additional Collector in appeal by the order dated 13.1.2020 (pg.25), which has in turn been confirmed by the Additional Commissioner by the order dated 7.11.2022. Since there is no challenge to the Will dated 08.07.2011, I do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned orders, which are in

(2) 18wp1844.23 consonance with the provisions of the sections 149 & 150 of the MLR Code. The petition is therefore dismissed. No costs.
