Though the prayers made in both these applications are opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants, on considering reasons mentioned the applications are allowed. After condoning the delay, the writ petition is restored to file.

WRIT PETITION NO.2422 OF 2017 Further time of four weeks is granted to remove the office objections. If the office objections are not removed within that period the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.
