This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 211 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 21.12.2018 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.868 of 2010, whereby compensation of Rs.1,56,460/- (One Lac Fifty Six Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Only) alongwith interest @ 7.5% per annum was granted to the respondent no.1.

Ms Naik, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company draws the attention of this Court to paragraphs 2 to 5 of the application to explain the delay.

None for the respondents though served.

Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company and having perused the application, the delay of 211 days is hereby condoned. Registry to register the appeal within a period of two weeks. The civil application stands disposed of.
