The order dated 31st October, 2017, recall of which is sought, is self speaking and shows that it was passed after due consideration of relevant aspects. The reasons given in the civil application for recalling of the order on the basis of which the writ petition was disposed cannot be accepted. The civil application is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.

Shri A.M. Sudame, learned Advocate for the original petitioners has submitted that the hearing of the appeal pending before District Court is delayed because of pendency of this application.

The learned District Judge is directed to dispose the appeal till 30th November, 2018.
