The dying declaration that is recorded by police shows that the applicants together put Kerosene on the person of the declarant and set her on fire. The dying declaration clearly involves the applicants by their respective names. No case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, Criminal Application No.14/2016 is rejected.
