2) Issue notice to the added respondent No.4, returnable on 26/08/2024. Let the notice be served to respondent No.3 also, who is represented by learned Counsel Mr.Kulkarni.

3) Learned Counsel Mr.Thakre and Mr.Kulkarni, who are representing the interest of respondent Nos.2 and 3, submit that they shall place on record the reply in any case by 12/08/2024.

4) The respondent No.3 is further directed to communicate the appointed 'Headmaster' to demonstrate its

2 927-CP 157.2022.odt response in the matter of compliance of the order of which contempt is alleged by the next date i.e. on 13/08/2024. 5) We take note of the fact that the respondent No.2 was in charge of the post of 'Headmaster' from 23/02/2022 to 17/05/2022. As such, it was his responsibility to take steps for complying with the order dated 16/12/2021, passed by this Court.

6) Stand over to 13/08/2024.
