Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court. Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection subject to furnishing the undertaking. 3.

In view of the same, the application is allowed as prayed. 4.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the compensation amount, along with the accrued interest, into the bank account of the applicant within five weeks upon his furnishing the bank account details to the Registry.
