In view of the undertaking given by the applicants/petitioners in paragraph no.6 of the application and considering the reasons given by the applicants/petitioners in the application, time to vacate the premises is granted till 31st December, 2016.

It is clarified that the respondents will be entitled to

2 caw58.16 pursue their claim for mesne profits for this period also i.e. from 1st January, 2015 till the petitioners hand over the vacant possession of the suit premises to the respondents. The civil application is disposed of accordingly. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
