The Registrar (J) by conditional order dated 13/10/2022 disposed of Second Appeal on 09/11/2022. Inadvertently, as the matter was not marked, it could not be attended. When the learned counsel tried to ascertain the status of the matter for seeking circulation, he came to know about dismissal/refusal of registration of Second Appeal (Stamp) No. 14900/2022.

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the fact that the appeal is supported by affidavit of learned counsel, the application is allowed. Delay in filing restoration application is hereby

15. CAO 322.23 in MCAst 484.23 condoned, subject to costs of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid to Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur within a period of one week. 4.

Registry is directed to register the restoration application MCA (St.) 484/2023.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (ST.) NO. 484 OF 2023 For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. The order passed by Registrar (J) dated 13/10/2022 is hereby quashed and set aside.

Registry is directed to register Second Appeal on its original stamp number.

After registration of Second Appeal, the appellant to remove office objections within a period of two weeks thereafter. 4.
