It is seen therefrom that now the petitioner has been released on furlough leave for a period of 28 days on 12.02.2020 and the due date of surrender was to be 13.03.2020.

This position has not been denied by the petitioner by filing any additional rejoinder. The petition has thus become infructuous. The same is dismissed as infrcutuous.
