Reasons for condonation of delay are supported by an affidavit. We do not find any mala fide in the matter.

Petitioner whose caste claim is still under scrutiny, has lost his employment. In this situation, we condone the delay. Office to register M.C.A. Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
