By this application, the applicants seek to condone the delay of 111 days caused in filing the first appeal. 03.

The contention is, due to financial difficulty, court fees could not be arranged and therefore, the applicants could not file the appeal within time. This contention of the applicants on affidavit remains un-controverted, since no reply to the application has been filed.

Hence, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. The appeal be registered. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. First Appeal St. No.495 of 2020:
