11/01/2024 This is an application filed by respondent Nos.1/ claimant for withdrawal of entire decreetal amount of Rs.1,72,999/- (Rs. One Lacs Seventy Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) deposited by the appellant/acquiring body towards the compensation. 2.

The reasons have been stated in the application. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Respondent No.1-Sheshrao s/o Uddhav Kodape is allowed to withdraw entire decreetal amount i.e. Rs.1,72,999/- (Rs. One Lacs Seventy Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that he will
