Heard learned Advocate Mr. Mandpe for the applicant and learned APP Mr. Chutke for the non-applicant/State. 2.

The allegation against the applicant is that he has committed rape on a 11 years old girl.

After hearing the matter for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant bail to applicant, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The order passed by the learned Trial Judge shows that due to Pandemic, the charge could not be framed. Needless to mention that the trial Court shall make an endeavour to frame the charge in the present case.
