The office note dated 6th October, 2018 shows that notices issued to appellant Nos.1 and 2 to engage another Advocate is received back with the endorsement that both the noticees i.e. appellants are dead. The death certificates are also placed on record which show that the appellant No.1 - Satish died on 24th February, 2004 and appellant No.2 - Smt. Rajnibai died on 8th July, 2005.

Legal representatives of the appellants have not taken any steps in the matter.

The appeal stands dismissed as abated.
