After about three years, present Civil Applications have been filed for directing the nonapplicants who were appellants in Letters Patent Appeals to deposit the amount of shortfall.

The deposit is directed by this Court while disposing of L.P.As. on 9.3.2011. Mr. N.B. Kalwaghe, learned Advocate for appellants, submits that amount has been withdrawn long back without any protest. Disputed question whether there is any shortfall

In this situation, we cannot look into said controversy in disposed of Letters Patent Appeals. With liberty to applicants to take such other appropriate steps as are open in` law, we dispose of the present applications. No costs.
