Heard.

The present applicants have filed the present application seeking suspension of sentence and grant of bail on the ground of parity.

This Court vide order dated 19.03.2018 in the application filed by the main accused has already found that the said applicants were entitled to suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

Insofar as applicant in Criminal Appeal No.164/2017 is concerned, he was directly named by star witness i.e. P.W.1. The role attributed to the present applicants are that of accompanying the main accused and assisting him in assault on the deceased.

In that view of the matter, we find that the case
