The petitioner in the present petition raises a grievance that in a process of appointment of 'Extension Officer' though there was a condition to submit a non creamy layer certificate before last date of submission of application form, the respondent No.7 submitted it on 04.03.2024 i.e. after dead line of the submission of the application form, despite the same, he has been appointed on the said post.
