By this application, the respondent is seeking correction in the judgment dated 20.12.2024. On perusal of the application, it appears that there is some typographical mistakes in the name of the respondent mentioned in title clause of the judgment which are required to be corrected. In title clause of common judgment dated 20.12.2024, name of respondent be corrected as "Mahendrakumar Bansilal Katariya".

It also appears there are other typographical mistakes in the judgment which are to be corrected. In line 5 of para 15 (Pg.12), the sentence "perhaps due to typographical error" be placed in brackets as "(perhaps due to typographical error)" and be placed before the word "was" in fourth line of para 15. Similarly, in line 8 of the same para, the word "alleged" be substituted by the word "earlier". Likewise, in line 10 of para 18 (Pg.13), the word "spoke" be substituted by the word "speaks".

The aforesaid corrections be carried out in the common judgment dated 20.12.2024 and corrected judgment be uploaded thereafter.
