ATE : JANUARY 14, 2025 1) It is not in dispute, that the Government Resolution 24/02/2023, issued by the State is a latest in the arena, which supersedes all earlier GRs. In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel for respondent No.1 is not averse to consider the claim of the petitioner for being appointed as 'Safai Kamgar' in terms of the G.R. dated 24/02/2023.
