After hearing for some time and showing disinclination to grant bail, the learned counsel for the applicants Shri Taywade, prays for withdrawal of the present application.

Permission is granted.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant prays to expedite the trial and submits that the applicant is in jail since last two years and there is no progress in the trial and even muddemal is not produce. 3.

Considering the above referred facts, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and liberty is granted to the applicant, in case there is no progress in trial in next one year, the applicant may apply afresh before the trial Court.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
