Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants has placed on record copy of order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 06/05/2019 whereby the Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 31119/2014 filed by the respondent herein against the judgment and order passed by this Court on 30/07/2014 in Second Appeal No. 554/2003 was dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the above dismissal order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the instant Civil Application is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.42,850/- (Rs. Forty-two thousand eight hundred and fifty only) deposited by them.
