Heard.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has not breached any of the conditions imposed by this Court while granting him a temporary bail as per order dated 09/12/2014.

Since the contentions raised in this behalf by the applicant are supported by an affidavit, I have no reason to reject the same and, therefore, it can be accepted at this stage that the applicant has complied with the conditions imposed in order dated 09/12/2014, If that is so,

1301appp19.15.odt 2/2 the other grounds stated in the application can be favourably considered and accordingly I am inclined to grant this application.

The application is allowed.

It is directed that the applicant shall surrender before the trial Court now on 13/02/2015, whereupon he shall be committed to the jail, in accordance with law.

The requirement of the applicant attending the police station is dispensed with for the period from 20/01/2015 till 05/02/2015.

These directions shall modify the relevant conditions imposed in order dated 09/12/2014.

The application stands disposed of in the above terms.
