DATED : JUNE 7, 2016 The learned Counsel for the parties state that controversy is covered by the judgment delivered today by this Court in Writ Petition No.6376/2015. However, Adv. Kulkarni for petitioner points out that this Court has protected pay fixation of petitioner by ad interim order dated 3/3/2015, which continues to operate even today.

In this situation, with similar directions to respondent no.3, we dispose of the petition. However, interim order protecting petitioner shall continue to operate till then and if order is adverse to petitioner, for a period of two more weeks thereafter. JUDGE JUDGE khj
