CRI.APPA: 204/2023 By present application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 53 days in filing the Appeal against conviction. The applicant has been convicted by the judgment and order dated 16.09.2022 passed by learned Session Judge, Nagpur in Sessions Case No.177/2018, for the offence punishable u/s. 325 of the IPC.

Learned APP appearing for Respondent has opposed the application.
