Heard Shri Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Pathan, learned AGP for the respondents.

The petitioner, an elected Village Panchayat member, points out that his caste claim has not been forwarded by Respondent No. 3 to Respondent No. 2 till date.

In this situation, we direct Respondent No. 3 to forward the same to Respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from today, if it is not already forwarded.

We direct the petitioner to appear before Respondent No. 2 on 10.06.2015 and to abide by its further instructions in the matter. The Committee shall attempt to complete the verification of the caste claim of the petitioner at the earliest thereafter. Writ Petition is thus disposed of. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
