DATE : 02.09.2016 By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the second appellate authority under the Right to Information Act to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on 19.12.2013.

Shri Bhuibhar, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.3 states, on instructions, that the appeal of the petitioner is decided on 15.1.2015.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the cause for filing the writ petition is rendered infructuous. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
