The record is in a mess. Papers of some other matter are tagged alongwith the application. The Registrar (Judicial) shall either enquire personally or cause an enquiry to be done through a responsible officer so that the responsibility and accountability can be fixed. 2.

The Registrar (Judicial) shall file a report within seven days detailing as to (1) who is held responsible for the gross negligence and casual attitude towards work, and (2) what action, if any, is initiated.

In the interregnum, while the condition of attending the police station on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10-00 a.m. to 4-00 p.m. shall continue as regards applicant 1-Roshan, the others shall attend the police station if directed by the Investigating Officer. 4.
