This is an application for condonation of delay. There is a delay of 1264 days in filing review application. 2.

It is evident from the record that the judgment which is sought to be reviewed was passed on 06.06.2016 and thereafter Special Leave Petition was filed which came to be dismissed on 03.12.2021 and immediately thereafter the application for review application along with application for condonation of delay was filed in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Radha Gajapathi Raju and others v. P. Maduri Gajapathi Raju and others reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 3311. 3.

In the circumstances, as the satisfactory explanation was provided by the learned counsel for the applicant, though the learned counsel for the respondents is
