The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 8.6.2007. No explanation of whatsoever nature is given in the petition as to why the petitioner has approached after a period of nine years.

In that view of the matter, we find that the petition deserves to be dismissed on the short ground of delay and laches. It is accordingly rejected.
