The petitioner alleges non compliance of the directions issued by this Court dated 25th September, 2018 in Writ Petition No.2216 of 2018, thereby directing the respondent no.1 to finalizee the Rules with regard to the promotion of the employees of Nagpur Improvement Trust, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from the date of order.

Afdavit-in-reply is filed claiming that as per the direction of this Court, the Rules have been framed by respondent no.1 and the same

1 CP-16-2019 are forwarded to the Nagpur Improvement Trust for publication, vide communication dated 18.03.2019. Hence the order is complied with. The learned advocate for the petitioner confirms this position.

In view of the compliance of the order, the contempt petition is disposed of.
