At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant Shri R. J. Shinde submits that permission be given to him to withdraw the present application in view of filing of the charge sheet. He submits that liberty be given to the applicant to file fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the charge sheet. 2.
