He submits that liberty be granted to the applicant to file statutory appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The prayer is accepted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that the application was not considered on its own merits.
