Mr.D.M.Kale, learned A.G.P. for respondent no.2 states that he has received instructions that the State Government is soon formulating policy in terms of directions issued by the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in Writ Petition Nos.7106 of 2013 and 7660 of 2013, dt.9.5.2014. He submits that, after the policy is so formulated, the petitioners will be given benefit thereof.

Looking to the fact that decision to be taken has bearing on the education of children, it is apparent that the said decision needs to be taken before commencement of next educational Session i.e. before 1.6.2015. In this situation, we direct respondent no.2 to take suitable decision by 30th April, 2015.

With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
