The present criminal revision application is filed by the applicant being aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 17.02.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Zari Jamni, District-Yavatmal in Regular Criminal Case No.104/2014 under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code thereby sentencing the applicant to three years rigorous imprisonment, so also the judgment and order dated 09.12.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kelapur, District-Yavatmal in Criminal Appeal No.13/2016 upholding the conviction and modifying the sentence to one year.

This office received one letter/communication dated 31.05.2021, received on 22.06.2021, whereby the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Zari Jamni, District-Yavatmal informed in reply to the communication by this Court that accused Anandrao Babarao Atram has not furnished his bail

Therefore, he issued request letter dated 28.05.2021 calling information in that regard from the learned District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Kelapur. Accordingly, The District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Kelapur informed to the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Zari Jamni through Whatsapp message that the accused/prisoner Anandrao Babarao Atram has completed his one year imprisonment and released on 22.02.2021. Along with this communication, he placed on record the request letter and information given, dated 13/17-05-2021.
