Shri Ghodeswar, learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record the communication dated 11/19-03-2025 issued by the respondent No.2 i.e. the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Amravati alongwith the copy of Government Resolution dated 29-02-2024 wherein it is stated that the issue as regards power to grant approval to the posts/service conditions in respect of the employees including the petitioner working in Social Work Colleges (B.S.W/M.S.W) under the Department of Social Justice and Social Assistance is transferred to the respondent No.8 i.e. Higher and Technical Education Department. Communication dated 11/19-032025 is taken on record and marked 'X colly' for identification. 3.

In response to the Court's query, Shri Godeswar has informed that the entire papers received from respondent Nos.3 and 4 in respect

914-WP-670-25.odt 2/2 of grant of leave encashment to the petitioner are forwarded by respondent Nos.5 and 6 to the respondent No.8 on 03/10/2024. 4.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.8 to take a decision on the proposal forwarded by respondent Nos.3 to 7 in regard to grant of leave encashment claimed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the production of this order before him. 5.
