This application is moved by respondent Sau.Vaishali Nishant Chavan for withdrawal of amount Rs.50,000/-. None appears for the petitioner. 2.

It would be useful to reproduce order dated 6.11.2020:

"Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2. None appears on behalf of petitioner.

Mr.Deoras, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that although the petitioner did deposit amount of Rs.50,000/- in this Court in terms of order dated 13/08/2019, thereafter, the petitioner has not deposited or paid any amount towards maintenance to the respondent. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner is in arrears of Rs.2,73,000/- towards maintenance, as on today.

4. In view of the above, list this writ petition for final disposal on 27th November, 2020. It is made clear that if there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition shall be dismissed.

5. Additionally, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner in this Court."

Thereafter, on 27.11.2020 the writ petition was dismissed by this Court.

In view of order dated 6.11.2020, the present application is allowed. Respondent Vaishali Chavan is entitled to withdraw amount Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner since the said is part of maintenance amount. JUDGE !! BRW !!
