In view of death of respondent no.1 and the fact that the respondent nos.2 and 3 are her legal representatives, the name of respondent no.1 is permitted to be deleted from the array of parties.

Prayer is to permit the claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation as enhanced.
The land acquisition officer awarded an amount of Rs.1,10,000/- per Hectare for the acquired land which was enhanced by the Reference Court to Rs.4,00,000/- per Hectare. 50% of the enhanced compensation has been deposited in this Court.
FA835-13 Considering the nature of evidence on record, the claimants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- subject to filing an undertaking in this Court within a period of eight weeks stating therein that in case the appeal is allowed, the amount withdrawn shall be re-deposited with interest at such rate, the Court may direct.
Civil application stands disposed of.
